Natural Law demands that we as a species stay in harmony with the symphony of creation. Mankind is proned to fall out of step with his environment and so has occasionally created consequences from his actions by which to learn how to come back to what is natural. In this day and age, when all is nearly lost on a path to destruction, it is of utmost importance to live in a way that is mindful of our passions and desires. Food is a vehicle by which we can contemplate and inject wholesome traditions and morals into our family dynamic. In restaurants people have shared, under public scrutiny, their most tender and personal moments; from wedding engagements to funeral wakes to baby showers. We as the food industry must take full responsibility to create a conceptual atmosphere within our businesses where family and friendship can be nurtured. We must create spaces where humanity can be in sync with nature. It is my belief that we should be aware of these things as we run our businesses.
